Low agreement on receiving recent recognition, especially among Staff.
High agreement on departmental inclusiveness and diversity support across all groups.
Workplace Relationships and Culture:
Lower agreement on having a best friend at work, indicating a potential lack of camaraderie.
Moderate ratings on supervisors showing care, with Directors reporting the lowest scores.
Directors exhibit the highest levels of agreement across all aspects, except for workplace relationships, which score low across all groups. Overall, the organization appears to have strengths in clarifying job expectations and providing opportunities for employees to utilize their skills. However, there are notable areas for improvement, such as enhancing employee recognition, fostering social connections, and strengthening alignment with the mission for Staff members.
